• Profile Picture: Optional, collected via Google/Apple Sign-In
• User ID: Automatically generated by our system

• Filament Spools: Information about your scanned spools (brand, color, weight, etc.)
• Inventory: Management of your filament stock
• Preferences: Language, currency, units, low stock threshold
• NFC Data: NFC chip reads/writes (stored locally on chips)

1.3 Subscription Information

• Purchase History: Spool Master subscriptions (monthly/annual)
• Premium Status: Information about your active subscription

1.4 Advertising Data (non-premium users)

• IDFA (iOS): Apple advertising identifier (if you accepted tracking)
• Ad Interactions: Clicks, views, impressions
• AdMob Data: Collected by Google AdMob to personalize ads

• Premium Subscription: Removes all ads and tracking

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app:

1. Go to Profile
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Select Delete My Account

Important: Account deletion is permanent and results in the deletion of all your data (spools, inventory, preferences, subscriptions). This action is irreversible.

6. Data Security

• HTTPS Encryption: All communications are encrypted
• Secure Storage: Passwords and tokens are encrypted
• Secure Server: Hosted in Switzerland with high security
• Strong Authentication: Via Google or Apple Sign-In

7. Data Retention

• Active Account: As long as you use the app
• Deleted Account: 30 days before permanent deletion
• System Logs: Maximum 90 days
• Subscription Data: Retained per legal obligations (7 years)

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The mobile app does not use cookies. Data is stored locally on your device via:

• Secure Storage: For authentication tokens
• Shared Preferences: For user preferences
• Hive Database: For local data cache
